SMAC attended reception of the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff on the occasion of New Year and Christmas Holidays
On December 21, 2023, SMAC Director, Mr Bojan Glamočlija attended a reception on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas holidays, which was organized by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Mr Miloš Vučević, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović, at the Guard House on Topčider.
The reception was attended by the President of the Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces Aleksandar Vučić, Serbian member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik, President of the National Assembly Vladimir Orlić, representatives of state institutions, local self-government, religious communities, the diplomatic and military-diplomatic corps, veterans, as well as representatives of public and cultural life.
Minister Vučević in his address underscored the most important results the Ministry achieved in 2023.
Congratulating the upcoming holidays, on behalf of General Mojsilović and on his own behalf, Minister Vučević thanked the guests and everyone with whom the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Army cooperate and invited them to work together even more dedicatedly in the coming year to make Serbia a safer and more secure country.
The attendees were also shown a film produced by the Public Relations Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, dedicated to the most significant achievements of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces in 2023.
The ceremony at the Guard House in Topčider was also marked by the performance of the Stanislav Binički Artistic Ensemble of the Ministry of Defense.
