Quality Control on “Innovation District” Project in Kragujevac

ERW clearance project at the Innovation District site in Kragujevac was developed by the SMAC in accordance with International Mine Action Standards.

As part of the monitoring of the implementation of the works according to the Project, on 21 March 2024, SMAC performed the quality control of the works according to phase I, on the part of the site where the contractor “Millennium Team” ltd., performed the removal of ferromagnetic materials in order to prepare the ground for field recording by active and passive method.

Upon completion of ERW clearance at this site, the danger ERW pose, first of all, to people and the environment will be eliminated and it will contribute to increasing the safety of locals and creating opportunities for safe use of land.
