SMAC Participates in the 12th International Scientific Conference on Defensive technologies OTEH 2026

The 12th International Scientific Conference on Defence Technologies – OTEH 2026 was held at the Omorika Hotel on Mount Tara, Serbia. The conference was organised by the Military Technical Institute and the Defence Technologies Administration of the Material Resources Sector of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia.

The conference brought together approximately 200 participants from scientific research institutions, government bodies, academia and the defence industry, who presented research findings and exchanged expertise and experience in the development of advanced defence technologies.

Particular attention was devoted to the development of integrated sensor and robotic systems, information and telecommunications technologies, as well as the advancement of modern technical solutions relevant to the defence sector.

Participation in professional conferences of this kind provides an opportunity to monitor technological developments, exchange knowledge and strengthen cooperation among institutions.

The Republic of Serbia Mine Action Centre (SMAC) continues to follow developments in modern technologies and explore opportunities for their application in enhancing mine action capabilities.
