Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) training courses for members of the Serbian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and representatives of the “Millennium Team” company have been completed, delivered in cooperation with the Serbian Mine Action Center and the British  based company “DRAKON Group”.

The training courses were delivered simultaneously, in the period from January 13 to 31, at two levels: level 1/2 and level 3, aimed at improving the skills of operators in the field of humanitarian demining.

At the basic EOD 1/2 level, participants were trained in the identification and neutralization of explosive devices, as well as in the application of safety procedures, with practical and theoretical parts.

At higher, level 3, the focus was on advanced techniques and specialized equipment for working with more complex explosive devices, which requires previously acquired experience and field work.

As part of the training, at the demolition range of the Technical Test Center (TOC) of the Serbian Armed Forces in Nikinci, the participants successfully performed exercises in various demolition techniques in realistic conditions.

All participants successfully completed the training and received certificates that are aligned with international IMAS standards, allowing them to be recognized as highly qualified experts on a global level.

They have demonstrated exceptional commitment and professionalism in acquiring new knowledge and skills, thereby not only increasing their capabilities for safe and efficient ERW removal, but also strengthening their capacities for rapid and precise response to complex challenges.
