Quality Control on New Sava Bridge Projects – Land and Water Part

The Mine Action Center carried out quality controls of the works on the Projects at the “New Sava Bridge” site, which include land and water parts.

The site is located in the territory of the City of Belgrade, in the Old Sava Bridge zone, and the works and quality controls are carried out in accordance with the project documentation and relevant regulations.

The works include the preparation of the terrain for the construction of a new bridge structure and accompanying infrastructure, both in the coastal and river sections, thus creating the prerequisites for the safe implementation of one of the most significant urban projects in the capital.

The presence of ERW in urban and infrastructure sites poses a serious threat to the safety of people and property.

Reducing the ERW related risk in these areas ensures the conditions for safe, sustainable and unhindered implementation of strategic infrastructure projects, as well as long-term development of the City of Belgrade.
