International Conference Held on Occasion of 20 Years of Work of Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes

On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes marked 20 years of work with an International Conference, which brought together experts in the field of labor law, representatives of institutions for the peaceful settlement of labor disputes from Greece, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Republic of Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Ireland, as well as representatives of employers and state institutions.

Among the participants were representatives of the Mine Action Center of the Republic of Serbia.

During the Conference, participants discussed the importance of dialogue in resolving labor disputes, exchanged international experiences, and considered steps to improve social dialogue.

The meeting was organized with the support of three projects of the International Labor Organization – ESAP 3, “Strengthening Social Dialogue in the Republic of Serbia” with the support of the EU Delegation and the GIZ project ” Initiative for Global Solidarity “.
