Visit of Representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces

Mr. Bojan Glamočlija, Director of the Mine Action Centre of the Republic of Serbia, welcomed a delegation of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces and the Serbian Armed Forces at the Innovation and Education Park of the Mine Action Centre.

During the visit, representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, led by a Major General, had the opportunity to learn more about the Centre’s activities and responsibilities, the available capacities of the Innovation and Education Park, as well as the experience of the Republic of Serbia in implementing projects and activities aimed at clearing suspected areas of Explosive Remnants of War (ERW).

A particular focus of the visit was placed on the exchange of experience and good practices, with the aim of exploring opportunities for further strengthening cooperation through closer cooperation between institutions and experts working in this field.
