Ceremony on the Occasion of the Day and Patron Saint’s Day of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Police Day
On Sunday, June 8, 2025, a ceremony was held at the Palace of Serbia to mark the Day and Patron Saint’s Day of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, as well as Police Day.

During the event, the Ministry’s strong commitment to creating a safe environment for all citizens of the Republic of Serbia was highlighted.
Special gratitude was expressed to all members of the police force for their ongoing work and sacrifice in maintaining law and order.

The ceremony was also attended by the Director of the Mine Action Centre of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Bojan Glamočlija, who took the opportunity to congratulate the members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the police on their holiday, emphasizing:
“Security is a fundamental point of inter-institutional cooperation, and the Mine Action Centre and the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue to strengthen their partnership with the goal of providing a safe and secure environment for all citizens of the Republic of Serbia.”
The event was attended by high-ranking state officials, members of the diplomatic corps, as well as numerous representatives of institutions and organizations of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
