Visit of French Interior Security Attaché

As part of the continued development of bilateral relations, today the Innovation and Educational Park of the Mine Action Center of the Republic of Serbia was visited by Mr Alain Rouden – Interior Security Attaché in Serbia and Montenegro at the French Embassy in Serbia.

The meeting took place in a spirit of open dialogue and mutual commitment to strengthening cooperation in the field of mine action, as well as institutional exchange.

Previous forms of cooperation were discussed and opinions were exchanged on the possibilities of its further deepening.

Special emphasis was placed on improving professional capacities through professional training, exchange of experiences and joint activities in the field of mine action and challenges in the field.

The prospects for cooperation within European initiatives were also discussed, as well as the possibility of implementing joint projects with the support of relevant institutions.

It was concluded that there is significant potential for further improvement of cooperation, both in operational, and in educational and development aspects, which will contribute to greater efficiency and mutual understanding of the institutions of the two countries in charge of this sector.
