SMAC Awarded for its Contribution to the Organization of International Forum “Security for the Future”

The Serbian Mine Action Centre (SMAC) has been recognized as one of the key partners in the organization of the international forum “Security for the Future” in the past 10 years.

As a token of appreciation for the support and cooperation, as well as the contribution to the development and improvement of this event, the SMAC was awarded a plaque at a ceremony.

The ceremony was held as part of the 10th anniversary event “Security for the Future”, on September 27, 2024, in “Hotel M” in Belgrade.

Organized by the Regional Association for Security and Crisis Management (RABEK), the 10th international scientific professional conference “Security and Crisis Management – Theory and Practice” (BekMen 2024) represents a scientific and professional platform for the exchange, development and improvement of knowledge.

The conference is multidisciplinary in nature with the aim of bringing together knowledge from all areas of security and crisis management, offering solutions to problems and bringing together scientists and experts from different fields.

A very important aspect of the work of the conference is the presentation of papers created on the basis of real problems in practice, which enables an overview of security phenomena in the spectrum of different approaches and methods.
