Quality Control on ERW Clearance Project at Eastern Serbia Gasification Route Site

In the period from August 29 to 30, 2024, the SMAC carried out the quality control of the works according to Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the ERW Clearance Project at the Eastern Serbia Gasification Route Site and in accordance with the amendments and additions to this Project.

The quality control of the first phase of the completed works according to the Project and Project Amendments was carried out on a part of the area that the contractor searched to a 50 cm depth at the Zaječar – Negotin site.

Also, the quality control of the second and third phases was carried out on the areas that were searched up to a 3m depth.

Quality controls that were carried out did not reveal any critical errors determined by this Project.

Removal of ERW contributes to faster development and restoration of the area, which has a positive impact on the local economy and the quality of life of the residents.
