Meeting regarding CAF External Evaluation Feedback Procedure

On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, as part of the External Feedback Procedure (PEF) for the Efficient CAF User Certificate, a meeting was held with the External CAF Feedback Experts (EFAC) at the Serbian Mine Action Centre.

The meeting was dedicated to the exchange of information and a detailed review of the analysis of the success of the implementation of the CAF process, i.e. external feedback procedure (PEF) in the SMAC, as well as the recommendations of external experts that will be used for the final report and determination of further steps in the certification process.

CAF (Common Assessment Framework) is an assessment methodology developed for public organizations in the European Union, with the aim of improving the quality of work and services in the public sector. CAF is based on the principles of quality management and provides a framework for self-assessment of the organization’s performance, as well as for identifying areas for improvement.

This process is part of the continuous efforts of the SMAC to improve its operational processes and contribute to greater efficiency in the realization of its key tasks, while successfully implementing its mission and vision.
