ERW Found on Project “Đorđevac 2”

During the execution of works on the technical survey project “Đorđevac 2”, the contractor, NGO “Stop Mines” from Pale, Republika Srpska, identified the presence of explosive remnants of war (ERW).

The following unexploded items were found:

• PMA-2 (one anti-personnel mine)
• TMA-3 (one anti-tank mine)

Residents of the Municipality of Bujanovac, as well as all citizens, are urged to comply with prescribed safety measures and to avoid approaching marked locations where warning signs indicate potential ERW hazards.

It is strictly prohibited to move or remove installed ERW warning signs.
