CAF Certificate Award Ceremony

In the organization of the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government and the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA), the Mine Action Center of the Republic of Serbia (SMAC) was awarded the prestigious CAF certificate, thus officially being recognized as an “Effective CAF User” – the Common Assessment Framework for Quality Management in the Public Administration.

This recognition is a confirmation of the SMAC continued commitment to improving institutional efficiency, quality of work, and alignment with the European standards in the field of governance.

In addition to the SMAC, the Accreditation Body of Serbia and the Office for Combating Drugs also received the CAF certificate.

The certificate award ceremony was attended by Maja Handžinska Trandafilovna – Director of ReSPA, Zoran Kasalović – State Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, and Danilo Rončević – Director of the Human Resources Management Service.

The CAF model is a tool for self-assessment and improvement of the work of public institutions, and its application contributes to more efficient, transparent and high-quality provision of services to citizens.

The award of the CAF certificate to the SMAC further confirms its strategic commitment to improving capacity and following best European practices in the field of the public administration.
